 Ms Lau Aie Bee is an independent consultant and facilitator for organisation development committed to encouraging authentic engagement and growth in organisations. She holds an BA from the University of Malaya and an MA in Education Administration from the University of London. Her life journey included educational administration, executive search and human resource management consultancy and change management.
Aie Bee is a passionate community builder. She co-founded the Learning Organisation Practitioners Network in Singapore to create a platform for shared practice and experiences. She believes in taking a long term transformational approach, serving from the heart to encourage growth and development in others.
