Ms Chua Bee Kwan

Bee Kwan graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Engineering degree. She has a graduate management diploma in Organisation Learning from the Civil Service College and completed the Programme for Management Development in Harvard Business School. She is also certified in Partnership Coaching. In recognition of her contribution to the public service, Bee Kwan was awarded the Public Service Medal, Silver in the year 2000.

Currently, Bee Kwan contributes her knowledge and experience of 20 years of service in the public sector in facilitating changes and growth in her client’s organisation. Possessing a keen interest in organisation development, Bee Kwan provides consultancy and training in this field and offers leadership development, personal mastery, coaching and organisation learning programmes.Bee Kwan is also actively involved as a Local Adjunct Guide for MOE's Teacher Renewal.

Her recent clients include the Ministry of Education (MOE), the Civil Service College, Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore(IRAS), Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports (MCYS) and  the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
