 Piang Chin graduated from the University of Singapore with a degree in Arts and joined the Education Service where she served in various capacities in a career spanning 36 years. Her last appointment was as Assistant Director, Staff Training where she designs and commissions training and development programmes for school leaders, teachers and other staff in the Education Service as well as facilitates learning experiences for them.
She now serves as Hon Executive Director of the Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership (Asia) which seeks to promote the principles and practice of servant leadership through creating communities of servant-leaders who create great places to work and great communities to live in.
Piang Chin provides consultancy and facilitates training in learning and leadership development.
