Yim Harn chose to be a training facilitator because she believes in helping other discover their purpose and lead a joyful and rewarding life. Hence her focus is on programmes with a strong personal effectiveness bias. She believes that it is only with personal awareness and mastery that anyone can become a truly productive and happy individual and worker.
Yim Harn has more than 10 years’ experience in a teaching / training and development environment. She has experience in facilitating the following programmes:

As a life long learner herself, Yim Harn is passionate about helping others attain professional and personal growth through continual training and development. In her experience in conducting training for adult learners, Yim Harn believes it is important for learning to be relevant and enjoyable. She is passionate about her craft and is constantly searching for new ways to reach out to her participants. She is an enthusiastic trainer who strives to ensure that learning takes place in a relaxed and encouraging environment.
