Master Class on Servant Leadership

Getting Results through Servant Leadership

The origin of the concept of Servant Leadership dates back thousands of years. However, this concept of leadership is gaining momentum today. 5 out of the top 10 in Fortune Magazine’s Best Companies to Work For are companies practising Servant Leadership. These include companies such as Intel, Marriott, Starbucks and SAS.

More importantly, Servant Leadership brings a leadership philosophy that harnesses the potential of those that one leads by an approach that places the growth of those that one leads above the leader himself. It is with the intent of bringing the application of Servant Leadership to leaders of organizations and businesses that the Human Capital Leadership Institute is partnering with the Greenleaf Centre for Servant Leadership (Asia) to organise this Masterclass, with the theme “Getting Results Through Servant Leadership”.

The Master Class will be led by Dr. Kent M. Keith, CEO, Greenleaf Centre for Servant Leadership, USA, with perspectives from business leaders such as Mr Anand Pillai, Senior Vice President at HCL Technologies and VP-Talent Transformation at HCL Technologies Ltd., India.
