Our Mission

To inspire and equip people to live as servant-leaders.

Our Vision

Communities of practising servant-leaders who create great places to work and great communities to live in.

Our Background

The Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership (Asia) is one of the 10 international centres associated with the Greenleaf Centre for Servant-Leadership based in Indianapolis, USA.

The Greenleaf Centres are named after Robert K. Greenleaf (1904-1990), whose seminal work, an essay entitled "The Servant as Leader", has impacted the way many leaders and organizations function and relate. Several leading international companies, some of which are in Fortune magazine's Best Places to Work For in America, foster servant leadership in their organizations.

The Greenleaf Centre (Asia), like all the other centres, is a not-for-profit educational organization that seeks to encourage the understanding and practice of servant leadership.
